I refinanced with rates dropping. I was given all the info I needed and submitting docs was very easy. It was a few weeks and BAM, done. I’ve lowered my monthly payment by almost a third! The team sent reminders when I was missing something and used docs from my previous loan to keep me from having to dig up docs.
